How to customise?

Step 1: Select Your Finish

  • First, choose your desired metal finish (e.g., Silver, Gold, Rose Gold) from the options available on the product page.

Step 2: Open the Customisation Tool

  • Next, click the "Customise" button to open our design tool.
  • Please note: Depending on your network connection, the tool may take a few moments to pop up. Please be patient!

Step 3: Enter Your Personalisation

  • Type your desired name, followed by your chosen font and symbol codes inside brackets. Only the text in front of the brackets will be produced as the keychain.

Examples:

  • Taylor (Style 6, Symbol S08)
  • Monica (Style 7, Symbol S01)

Step 4: Save Your Design

  • Once you have finished your personalisation, click the orange "Save" button.

Step 5: Add to Cart & Verify

  • You will now be back on the product page. Click the "Add to cart" button to proceed.
  • Finally, go to your cart and check that your custom text appears correctly below the product name. It will look something like this: Custom_250729..._[Your Name] (Style X, Symbol S0X).
