How to customise?

Step 1: Choose Your Chain Style

  • First, select your preferred chain style from the options (A-F) available on the product page.

Step 2: Open the Customisation Tool

  • Next, click the "Customise" button.
  • Please note: Depending on your network connection, the design tool may take a few moments to pop up. Please be patient!

Step 3: Choose Your Font

  • Before adding your text, please look through the product photo gallery to find our Font Selection Chart which displays all 36 available font styles.
  • Make a note of the number of the font you would like to use.

Step 4: Add Your Name & Font Choice

  • In the pop-up window that appears, click the "Add Text" button.
  • In the text input box, type the name or word you want on the necklace. Add your chosen font number in brackets after the text.

Example 1: Angela (Font: 2)
Example 2: Michael (Font: 15)
Example 3: Forever (Font: 27)

  • IMPORTANT: Please ignore the "Select Font" dropdown menu and the "Select Text Colour" option within the design tool. Your font will be determined only by the number you type in the text box.

Step 5: Save Your Design

  • Once you have correctly entered your text and font choice (e.g., Maria (Font: 9)), click the orange "Save" button.

Step 6: Add to Cart & Verify

  • You will now be back on the product page. Click the "Add to cart" button.
  • Finally, go to your cart and check that your custom text appears correctly below the product name. It will look something like this: Custom_250729..._[Your Name] (Font: X).
