How to customise?

Step 1: Select Your Finish

  • First, choose your desired metal finish (Silver/Gold) from the options available on the product page.

Step 2: Open the Customisation Tool

  • Next, click the "Customise" button to open our design tool.
  • Please note: Depending on your network connection, the tool may take a few moments to pop up. Please be patient!

Step 3: Upload Your Drawing

  • In the pop-up window, click the "Upload Image" button.
  • Choose a clear photo of the drawing or handwriting from your computer or phone. For the best results, please use a bright image saved in PNG format. The higher the quality, the better your keychain will look!

Tips for the Best Drawing:

  • Use a drawing with clear, dark lines on a plain white background.
  • Simple line drawings (not complex, coloured-in pictures) work best!
  • Take or scan a well-lit image of the drawing from directly above to avoid shadows.

Step 4: Save Your Design

  • Once your image has been uploaded successfully, click the orange "Save" button.

Step 5: Add to Cart & Verify

  • You will now be back on the product page. Click the "Add to cart" button to proceed.
  • Finally, go to your cart page to confirm your order. You should see a reference to your uploaded file under the product name, which will look something like this: Custom_..._[your_file_name.png].
