Customised Canvas Print

Step 1: Select Your Canvas Size

• First, select your desired canvas size from the options available on the product page (e.g., 10x15cm, 20x30cm, etc.).

Step 2: Open the Customisation Tool

• Next, click the "Customise" button to open our design tool.
• Please note: Depending on your network connection, the tool may take a few moments to pop up. Please be patient!

Step 3: Upload Your Photo

• In the pop-up window, click the "Upload Image" button.
• Choose a high-quality photo from your computer or phone. For the best results, please use a clear, bright image in PNG format. The higher the quality, the better your canvas will look!

Step 4: Adjust Your Image (Optional)

• Once your image is uploaded, it will appear on the canvas preview.
• You can use the simple on-screen controls to resize, reposition, or rotate your image until you are happy with the layout.

Step 5: Save Your Design

• When you are happy with the preview, click the orange "Save" button.

Step 6: Add to Cart & Verify

• You will now be back on the product page. Click the "Add to cart" button to proceed.
• Finally, go to your cart page to confirm your order. You should see a reference to your uploaded file under the product name, which will look something like this: Custom_..._[your_file_name.png].

An Important Note on How We Fit Your Photo

To ensure your artwork looks perfect, adjustments will be made if your photo's shape does not exactly match the canvas size.

• If your image is a different shape than the canvas: Our team will crop the image to fit, ensuring the main subject of your photo remains centred.
• If your image is smaller than the canvas: To avoid stretching or losing quality, we will add a border to the edges of your image to make it fit the canvas size perfectly.
